It pleases us greatly to announce the next event in our Lecture Series at Masjid At-Tawheed of Detroit. By the permission of Allah, we will have with us Ash-Shaikh Abu ‘Abdillah ‘Abdurrahman Al-’Omaisan. For those of us who may not be familiar with him, here is a brief biography:
Shaikh ‘Abdurrahman Al-‘Omaisan is a professor at the Islamic University of Madinah, where he is completing his Doctorate. He has been in pursuit of Islamic knowledge for over 16 years under the noble scholars of Islam. His teachers include the Honorable Shaykh Mohammad ibn Salih al ‘Uthaimeen, the Honorable Shaykh Salih al-Fowzan, the Honorable Shaykh Abdul Muhsin al-‘Abbaad, the Honorable Shaykh ‘Abdullah al-‘Aqeel (download tazkyiat in Arabic and English)
The Shaikh will be explaining the famous Statement of ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ood (may Allah be Pleased with him). A copy of this statement is attached (in Arabic and English –Download Here).
He will also discuss the “Most Distinguished Signs of People of the Sunnah”.
We will have tele-links with overseas Scholars after Dhuhr as well as babysitting and refreshments after ‘Asr, in shaa’ Allahu ta’aala.
